Early in my career, I was a single mother, overwhelmed, stressed, and living off cigarettes and broken dreams. Juggling the demands of work and motherhood left me with little time for myself, and my health and well-being suffered as a result. I was constantly anxious, exhausted, and felt like I was just surviving rather than thriving.
Determined to make a change, I began to explore self-care practices and mindfulness techniques. It wasn’t easy, but gradually, I started to see the positive effects these changes had on my mental and physical health. I replaced unhealthy habits with nurturing ones, learned to set boundaries, and prioritized my own well-being.
This transformation not only improved my quality of life but also inspired me to help others on their journey to wellness. Today, as a wellness entrepreneur and digital creator, I share the strategies and insights that helped me turn my life around, empowering others to do the same.
